The townhouse caters to Wollongong Uni Students and those working full-time and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen has 2 fridges, storage and cooking utensils. The room has privacy with a lockable door including a study desk and bed including a flat screen TV. NBN WiFi Internet usage is INCLUDED and has UNLIMITED usage included in the rent and is shared among all of the tenants. The premise is a non-smoking environment. The house is walking distance to all shops and public transport and we are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves. The Green bus is free.
