The townhouse caters to Wollongong Uni Students Only and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen has 2 fridges, storage & cooking utensils. The room has privacy with lockable doors including a study desk and bed. Internet usage is INCLUDED and is UNLIMITED NBN usage and is shared among all of the tenants. The premise is a non-smoking environment. The house is walking distance to all shops and public transport and we are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves. The Green bus is free.
